डिब्रू-सैखोवा राष्ट्रीय उद्यान एवं असम के आसपास के पारिस्थितिक रूप से नाजुक क्षेत्रों की क्षति एवं क्षतिपूर्ति की लागत का आकलन करने हेतु पूर्व न्यायमूर्ति बी.पी. कटके की अध्यक्षता में एक विशेषज्ञ समिति का गठन किया, जो मई 2020 में बागजान तेल कुएं में लगी आग से क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए थे।
न्यायमूर्ति कटके की समिति ने असम के मुख्य सचिव के नेतृत्व वाली राष्ट्रीय हरित न्यायाधिकरण की 10 सदस्यीय समिति को प्रतिस्थापित कर दिया है।

An expert committee headed by former Justice B.P. Katke was constituted to assess the cost of damage and compensation to the Dibru-Saikhowa National Park and ecologically fragile areas around Assam which were damaged in the Baghjan oil well fire in May 2020.

Justice Katke's committee has replaced the 10-member committee of the National Green Tribunal headed by the Chief Secretary of Assam.

The Vijayanagara Empire was founded by Harihar and Bukka in 1336 AD. Their father's name was Sangam, after whom their dynasty was called Sangam dynasty. The first king of this dynasty was Harihar I (1336 AD to 1356 AD). He founded the Vijayanagara Empire and established Hampi as the capital of this empire.

Bandipur National Zoological Park is located in Chamarajanagar district of Karnataka. It was established as a tiger reserve under Project Tiger. The park adjoins Nagarhole National Zoological Park, Mudumalai National Zoological Park and Wildlife Sanctuary. A Shivalik hills are located in Himachal Pradesh. Shivalik is the foothills of the Himalayas. Its average height is 600 meters. There are some flat structural depressions between the Himachal range and the Shivalik range, these are called Doon (Dehradun). To the south of the foothills of Shivalik is a marshy area which is called Terai. Shivalik is known as the lower or outer Himalayas.
