The United Nations Organization (UNO) is an intergovernmental organization. It was established on October 24, 1945 to promote international cooperation. It was established after World War II to replace the League of Nations to prevent another conflict.

The Indian Constitution does not explicitly recognise the right to privacy. But in the case of Kharak Singh v. State of Uttar Pradesh (1963), the Supreme Court for the first time indirectly recognised this right under Article 21 (Right to life and personal liberty) of the Indian Constitution. Reinforced as a part of Article 21 in the following cases: Govind v. State of Madhya Pradesh (1975), R. Rajagopal v. State of Tamil Nadu (1994), PUCL v. Union of India (1997).

The Planning Commission was an extra-constitutional body not defined in the Indian Constitution. It was set up in March 1950 by an executive resolution of the Government of India based on the recommendations of the Advisory Planning Board constituted in 1946 under the chairmanship of K.C. Negi.

Fundamental duties were added to the constitution by the 42nd constitutional amendment in 1976, based on the recommendations of the Swaran Singh Committee. Initially, their number was 10. In 2002, the number was increased to 11 by the 86th constitutional amendment.

सरोजिनी नायडू ऐसी पहली महिला थीं जिन्हें भारत की स्वतंत्रता के पश्चात् किसी राज्य का राज्यपाल बनाया गया था। उन्होंने 15 अगस्त 1947 से 2 मार्च, 1949 तक उत्तर प्रदेश के राज्यपाल का पद ग्रहण किया। उनकी बेटी पद्मजा नायडू ऐसी दूसरी भारतीय महिला थी जिन्होंने 1956-1667 तक पश्चिम बंगाल के राज्यपाल के रूप में कार्य किया।
Sarojini Naidu was the first woman to be appointed governor of a state after the independence of India. She held the post of Governor of Uttar Pradesh from 15 August 1947 to 2 March 1949. Her daughter Padmaja Naidu was the second Indian woman who served as the Governor of West Bengal from 1956-1967.

आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार को वर्ष 1953 में, तेलुगु भाषी लोगों के लिए लंबे समय से चले आंदोलन एवं 56 दिनों के लिए भूख हड़ताल के बाद पट्टी श्रीरामलू की हुई मौत के बाद आंध्र प्रदेश को अलग राज्य बनाने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा। प्रदेश आधार पर बनने वाला देश का पहला राज्य था।
The government was forced to create a separate state of Andhra Pradesh in 1953 after a long-running agitation for Telugu-speaking people and the death of Patti Sriramulu after a hunger strike of 56 days. It was the first state in the country to be formed on the basis of state.

संसद की लोकलेखा समिति (पीएसी) के अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति लोकसभा के अध्यक्ष द्वारा की जाती है। 1967 से, इस समिति के अध्यक्ष का चयन विपक्षी दल के नेताओं में से किया जाता है। पीएसी का गठन प्रत्येक वर्ष किया जाता है जिसके सदस्यों की संख्या 22 से अधिक नहीं होती, इन 22 सदस्यों में लोकसभा के 15 और राज्यसभा के 7 सदस्य होते है।
The Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament (PAC) is appointed by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha. Since 1967, the Chairman of this committee is selected from among the leaders of the opposition party. The PAC is constituted every year with a number of not more than 22 members, out of which 22 are 15 from the Lok Sabha and 7 from the Rajya Sabha.
